1. No account system
Southern Playtime does not offer registration, login, passwords or user profiles. We do not collect names, email addresses, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers or financial information for the purpose of creating an account, because no account exists.
2. No payment data
We do not accept payments, deposits or any form of banking information. There is nothing to buy on the site.
3. What we store in your browser
We use your browser's localStorage to remember:
- Your age confirmation (yes/no);
- Your storage preference choice;
- Per-game virtual coin balances;
- Per-game timestamp for daily virtual coin top-ups;
- Optional sound or display preferences if you set them.
These values stay on your device. They are not synced to any server we control. Clearing browser data wipes them.
4. No analytics or advertising trackers
At the time of writing, Southern Playtime does not run third-party analytics, advertising, retargeting, fingerprinting or social trackers. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.
5. Contact form data
If you contact us via the Contact page or by email, we receive what you send us — typically an email address and the contents of your message. We use that information solely to reply to your enquiry, and we keep it only as long as we need to.
6. Server logs
Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (such as IP address, user agent and timestamps) for security and reliability. These logs are not used to build user profiles and are not connected to in-game data, because no user accounts exist.
7. Your choices
- You can clear all Southern Playtime data by clearing site data in your browser settings.
- You can decline non-essential storage via the storage notice at the bottom of the screen.
- You can stop using the site at any time.
8. Children
Southern Playtime is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, and the site is not directed at children.
9. Australian Privacy Principles
Where we handle any personal information through the contact form, we do so in line with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
